Responsibilities

The Education Program Coordinator will be responsible for leading the full Summer Camp Program. This includes leading staff in planning and executing a daily summer program that is recreational and fulfills learning objectives for various age groups. The Program Coordinator will establish and maintain a collaborative working environment where all employees feel valued, are provided feedback and adequate training and where all participants feel fulfilled. They will be closely collaborating with the Office Administrator to manage logistics including enrolment, trips etc. They will also liaise with parents, guardians, and community members. Some responsibilities include reviewing/ approving program plans, creating staff schedules, assigning staff/volunteers, and leading a daily debrief.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must be between the ages of 16 and 30 and be eligible to work in Canada.

Successful candidates will be required to be present for the full duration of the engagement without exception.
