Alhamdulillah, Eid al Fitr at IIT on Sunday was an incredible experience with over six thousand Muslims coming together over the two prayers to celebrate and show gratitude to Allah for granting us the opportunity to fast the month of Ramadan.

IIT was filled to capacity for both prayers, with the second prayer filling up every inch of the building. With powerful Khutbahs by Dr. Abdullah Hakim Quick and Shaikh Abdool Hamid, and loot bags for children after – families went away feeling blessed.

We would be remiss if we don’t apologize for the necessary crowd control and logistics – and may Allah bless our volunteers for ensuring safety and space for all. If they offended any of you in any way, please forgive them.
