As a result of the Provincial Stay at Home Order, and based on the current assessment of the COVID-19 situation by medical experts, and the fact that IIT is considered to be within a geographical COVID-19 hotspot, IIT will be temporarily closing its facilities until further notice.

This means that:

• There will be no collective prayers at IIT on a go-forward basis (including Tarawih)
• We will re-assess this situation in a few days and update our policy after the first week of Ramadan inshaAllah

It is important that all of us follow the public health guidelines and the stay at home order so that we can minimize the spread of the virus.
