Alhamdulillah the Days of Hajj are here!

Based on the announcement of Hajj by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj, the Day of Arafat is set for Saturday, June 15th and the Day of Eid on Sunday June 16th. Please check out the details of the Eid Prayer at IIT below:

Eid Al Adha Prayer: Sunday, June 16, 9 am
• Khateeb: Sh. Abdool Hamid
• Prayer will be on the IIT Lawn
• Please monitor the weather and dress accordingly (umbrella, sunglasses)
• Bring a prayer rug and a bag for shoes
• Please carpool and plan to arrive early to avoid parking issues
• Parking available at IIT and on both sides of Neilson Rd. Parking also available at Neilson Park (a 10 min walk) and in the residential neighbourhoods around IIT
• Please do not park at the church or block driveways – your car will be towed.
• Recite takbiraat (text: PDF) on your way to the prayers and on your return home
• Please donate to IIT

Day of Arafah: Saturday, June 15
• A day of fasting and prayers

Note: in case of inclement weather, we will pray indoors. Please check our facebook and website the night before Eid to confirm.
