Ramadan wrap-up
September 20, 2009 will be remembered as one of the most beautiful days in the genesis of the IIT - our first outdoor Eid prayer drew a record crowd; the chant of the takbeeraat under a peaceful sky and dazzling sunshine has made this day one to remember. We would like to thank the participants in this Ramadan's Build IIT challenge (generously sponsored by Famous Optical), mashallah the children raised $26,000! We are grateful for the hard work of the organisers (Sr. Hajara and Br. Anwar), whose tireless efforts ensured the success of this campaign.
